Artwork Submission Guidelines
- Artwork Readiness: Ensure your artwork is finalized before placing the order. If the artwork is not received, the order will be canceled without further notice.
- Order Timing and Processing:
- 3 Working Days / Next Working Day Orders: Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Same Day Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturdays and all orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next working day, which is Monday.
- Finished Goods Size Accuracy: Finished products may vary in size by 1 to 2 inches for every 10 feet due to different types of finishing and material sizes.
- Text Size Requirement: Ensure all text is no smaller than 8pt to maintain readability.
- Artwork Submission:
- If you have multiple artwork files, please zip them and upload the zip file.
- If the file size is too large, use WeTransfer to get a download link and paste the link into the remarks column.
- Upload any small-sized JPEG (dummy file) and add it to the cart.
